What do you do at TAMPOPRINT®?

After successfully completing my training as an industrial clerk, I was taken on as a customer service clerk. My activities include the worldwide sale of spare parts and the organization of service calls. I work in coordination with various departments to offer our customers the best possible technical solutions. I am in direct contact with our customers and dealers to meet their requirements and ensure production reliability.

What was your most memorable moment during training?

At the moment, the most exciting challenge is balancing my part-time studies and my work in the company. This workload requires good, structured time planning and effective organization. I am grateful that TAMPOPRINT offers me support that provides me with flexibility and relief. Through flexible working hours, among other things, the company enables me to harmonize my academic and professional goals in order to advance my personal and professional development.

What makes your work interesting?

The interesting thing about my job in the service department is the variety of tasks. Every day brings new and varied challenges, whether it's processing spare parts inquiries, coordinating service calls, or communicating with customers from a wide range of industries and countries. The opportunity to contribute to the satisfaction of our customers gives my work a personally fulfilling aspect.

What is the special thing about working at TAMPOPRINT®?

The special thing about working at TAMPOPRINT is the informal atmosphere with colleagues and the wide range of activities in the individual departments. I have fond memories of the beginning of my apprenticeship, when I was warmly welcomed in every department and not only became familiar with the activities, but also with my colleagues.

What strength should you have to fit in with the company?

Commitment and flexibility. In my opinion, you need commitment to acquire knowledge. In sales, for example, it is important to get to grips with the products so that you can give the customer the best possible advice. Flexibility is one of the most important qualities in today’s modern workplace. Adapting to new organizational workflows can only succeed through a flexible basic attitude.
