Exclusive drive technology
The HERMETIC Series can be used both as a manual workstation and in automations. In the manual workstation area, the machine impresses with its wide range of settings and high printing force, and in the automation area above all with the cam control, which ensures a smooth and stable printing process. Its absolute highlight is its drive: The up and down movement of the printing pad as well as the forward and backward movement of the pad printing cliché are controlled by a cam disk.

Integrated in the MODULE ONE Series
The universal HERMETIC Series enables versatile applications due to its various equipment features. Especially the electromechanical drive with its high running smoothness makes the HERMETIC Series perfect for integration into automations as well as for the manual workstation.
Equipped with an electronic cam controller, stop and signal points are precisely set within the machine motion sequence. Machine operation is digital and centralized via the user-friendly touch display. Many program options are already integrated in the basic machine equipment. Jog mode, waiting times, multiple printing, cleaning intervals, pad stroke, etc. can be set individually.
Exclusive to TAMPOPRINT is the adjustable pad stroke above the printed material in combination with an electromechanical drive. The adjustable contact pressure of the ink/doctoring cup optimizes the service life of the printing clichés used and delivers the best results when doctoring. The optional ink residue pickup system can be integrated into the machine housing, allowing machine integration even where space is at a premium.
The HERMETIC machines are available as standard pad printing machines with high safety comfort in the MODULE ONE XXS/XS and in the modular semi-automation MODULE ONE S/M.
