Thanks to a specially developed ink/doctoring cup, the cliché can be inked in any angle of inclination so that the cliché is optimally covered with the printing ink. The control takes place via a separate control unit (HMI), which can be installed at any desired position. Alternatively, direct actuation of the pneumatic valves can be implemented by the customer. Upon request, an ink residue pickup system can be attached, optionally on the left or right.
By using an optional pad spreading device, small print images can be applied to several components or at a greater distance. In this case, the print image is picked up from a cliché by means of two printing pads at the same time. The subsequent spreading of the two pads allows the print images to be transferred to two components or at a greater distance. This is also possible in different angular positions.
